Follow the following steps to create New Patient record in Zomeo:
To enter the details of the new patient, click on Patient from the top Menu bar, and select New Case. You can alternatively press CTRL + N from the keyboard.
The patient module helps you to store the preliminary data of a patient and help you to record the basic details of registration such as birth date, gender, marital status, religion, current address, contact no. etc.
You can also upload the patient’s photo and diagnosis by clicking on ‘+’ besides Diagnosis. A window pops up where you can see the list of all the diseases. Select the diagnosis of your patient.
It is mandatory to enter the First Name of the patient (marked with an asterisk) for further recording of patient’s preliminary data. The other details are optional, and may or may not be filled.
After entering the basic details, click on ‘Save'(on the top right-hand side of the window) to save the new patient details.
If you want to see the entire list of your patient, Click on ‘View Patient’ icon from the Menu Bar or From the keyboard, press [Ctrl + T] or F2
The patient list displays a list of all the saved patient details. Click on the desired patient, from this list to access all the details of the selected patient.
You can use this feature to select patients when you want to –
- See the previously recorded rubrics.
- See previous repertorisation tables.
- Repertorize patient symptoms for the current date.
- Modify patient details.
